PDF Viewer - Open file control not showing

Hi PowerApps Community,

I inserted a PDFviewer into my canvas app but it does not have an Open File control. How do I get this control? Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Adam

Thanks for the response. I found the reason why the open Pdf control is not showing here : https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Power-Apps/Open-PDF-in-Browser-from-pdfViewer-control/t...

Hi @adammmm ,

If you want such a control you'll have to build it and pass it to the PDF viewer.

Perhaps the Attachments control is something you want to use for that:

Hi @adammmm ,

Here's a very crude version of how things may work:

You will still have to heavily customize the Attachment control to make things look nice, but I hope the mechanics work for you.

Thanks for the response. I found the reason why the open Pdf control is not showing here : https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Power-Apps/Open-PDF-in-Browser-from-pdfViewer-control/t...
