PDF Viewer from Database

Hello there,

is there any possibility to display the saved PDF's from the CMS (Dataverse now) in PDF Viewer?

I know, there are only https links supported. I can't imagine tho that they didn't implemented the database read function.

I found already a few possibilities with SharePoint and Flow but this is not what I'd need to go further with the project....

I would be thankful for any help!

Hi @maskwer :

Your request is undoubtedly achievable. I've made a test for your reference:

1\I've create a new entity for testing

2.JPG

2\Add a new record

3.JPG

3\Add a PdfViewer control and set it's Document property to

First(First(BofNews).Attachments).Value

I think this link will help you a lot:

Thank you so much!

Is there any possibility to query the attachments which aren't saved in notes, but in custom fields named "PDF" for example?

Hi @maskwer :

Sorry, I'm afraid this will not be possible. In addition,I suggest you post this idea to the ideal forum.

Best Regards,

Bof
