PDF file preview with versioning in model-driven app

Hello everyone,

I have built a model-driven app with which the users can upload contract documents to an integrated Sharepoint document library. Those documents are saved in 2 different folders (main contract document and attachments). This works just fine.

In another step, I would like to preview the main contract document in a separate tab (see the attached picture) with a versioning control. The versions should be connected to the document in the Sharepoint document library. When a new version of the main contract document is uploaded, the new version should appear in the pane on the right.

I already know that there is a way to achieve this with PCF-controls (https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Power-Apps/Preview-PDF-file-in-model-driven-app/m-p/723...). This specific PCF-control is too basic though. Is there a any way to achieve my goal without a PCF-control?

Thank you so much!

Hi @Kuehnel98

this is a very specific case ... you will need to develop your own PCF Control. I can't that there is a way that uses the standard features.

Good Luck !
