Pass JSON to Flows

Dear all,

I know there are already a few topics on this forum discussing my issue.  Neverthless, i can't get things working.  So i would really appreciate if anyone could help me.

1. I've created a button where JSON is created

2. I've created a flow that msut use the JSON structure

3.  When i add a button an link the flow action, it requires a parameter, which is ok

4 When i add the parameter (which i assume lust be the JSON file), the system keeps me telling that a record is expected.

Who has a suggestion for me how to pass the JSON file to flows ?

Kind regards and very appreciated

Re: Pass JSON to Flows

If the schema is always going to be the same then pass it as a string and use a ParseJson action in Flow to unpack it back to a JSON array.  You can pass a full collection just by putting it inside JSON().  But I think you need a Parse JSON before you try to use the json you passed.

I have a collection called colAutoMileage which I pass to Flow using

'PowerApp->Initializevariable'.Run(JSON(colAutoMileage))

Inside my PowerApp I use a ParseJson that I have pasted a sample payload in to generate the schema. I would suggest using the default JSON schema rather than specifying IndentFour.
