Patch Multiple Records to SharePoint List

I need some help on the code to Patch Multiple Records to a SharePoint List...

Scenario:  I have a Collection named CollectNewProjectAcct (multiple records) that I need to Patch into a Sharepoint List named ProjectSourceMatch. Patch if the PSMatchID for each record in the CollectNewProjectAcct (collection) is not equal to the PSMatchID in the ProjectSourceMatch (list) - (both are shown below):

CollectNewProjectAcct (Collection) to Patch to SP List

ProjectSourceMatch (Sharepoint List)

Please let me know if I need to provide additional detail.
