I want to create two rows in a SharePoint list with an input in a form.
So I enter the following in the form:
In the SharePoint list I want two rows:
- Name1 Company
I also want the second row only if Name2 is not empty.
How can I connect this (with If and Patch)?
... does not work... How do I get the two patch commands in a row so that they both go through (forall does not work because I have the condition that must also be fulfilled...)?
Thanks a lot!

yes, that works.
But what can i do if i have five names?
And also want a line where all are included (separated by comma, so depending on how many names are, then no comma too much, if 3 names, all three separated by comma and with five names all 5 separated by come)?
@AS_kls It would be good if you post new questions as a separate post for the benefit of others. Thanks.
