Do you want to export the collection table into a Blank Excel file hosted on One Drive?
Regarding the needs that you mentioned, I afraid that there is no direct way to achieve your needs in Power Apps currently. As an alternative solution, you could consider export your collection data into a CSV through the combination of Power Apps and Power Automate Flow.
