Patch several field of data

Hi!

List = consumables
Choice column = DrillingMethod

From my column(DrillingMethod) I have a dropdown list.
I don't get a Patch-function to work where I want to update a few selected checkboxes or a combobox.
Also I can't figure out how to build a list that can handle my items.
What is the best practise? A column called "items" that have all items as choices? Separated columns for each item? Other solution?

Type of list to build:

You can think of the Drilling Methods as parent and the "items" as children and you want to pick all children OR a selected amount and patch the selected one to a list.

Code from when I tried with checkbox that didn't work:
Patch(
Consumables,
Defaults(Consumables), {*Column*: Concat(ComboBox1.SelectedItems)})

Hope u got my issue!

Solved by doing this:
Patch(
ConsumableGroup,
Defaults(ConsumableGroup), {Tools: ComboBox1.SelectedItems})
