Patch to sharepoint lst only part of the result shown in the textinput after scan

Hi,

I'm new in this world, and building an app with scanning functions.

I have bar codes with the letter (E) in front of the number 899550  (Ex: E899550), but I would like to ignore the letter during read or during patch function to my sharepoint list, is it possible?

Actual patch function:

Patch(BDPinturaProjeto,ThisItem, {ScannedBDPintura:ScannerResultEngine.Text, UserBDPintura: User().FullName, DateBDPintura: Now(), StatusPaintBDPintura:PaintStatusYesOrNo.Text});Reset(ScannerResultEngine);Reset('ScanToFind-Engine');Set(varsingleScan1, "");Set(varsingleScan2, "")

Hi @ELPARANAENSE84 ,

I am assuming that ScannerResultEngine.Text is the scan code? Try this

With(
   {
      wScan:
      Right(
         ScannerResultEngine.Text,
         Len(ScannerResultEngine.Text)-1
      )
   },
   Patch(
      BDPinturaProjeto,
      ThisItem,
      {
         ScannedBDPintura:wScan,
         UserBDPintura: User().FullName,
         DateBDPintura: Now(),
         StatusPaintBDPintura:PaintStatusYesOrNo.Text
      }
   )
);
Reset(ScannerResultEngine);
Reset('ScanToFind-Engine');
Set(varsingleScan1, "");
Set(varsingleScan2, "")

Consider this:

Patch(BDPinturaProjeto,ThisItem, {ScannedBDPintura:Right(ScannerResultEngine.Text,6), UserBDPintura: User().FullName, DateBDPintura: Now(), StatusPaintBDPintura:PaintStatusYesOrNo.Text});Reset(ScannerResultEngine);Reset('ScanToFind-Engine');Set(varsingleScan1, "");Set(varsingleScan2, "")
