Patching Attachments from a SharePoint table item already in the data soure

I am having issues in patching an attachment. But this attachment is being fetched from a table and being passed in the items property of the attachment control. i am using patch but it is patching everything but the attachments in the form. Is there a solution i can retain this attachment in the duplicate entry i am trying to make in the same data source.

Hi @Raunaqqk ,

The only way to Patch Attachment content is with Patch(FormName.Updates) - you need the actual functionality of the attachment control to save the data. You can of course use SubmitForm(), There would be a path with Power Automate to add it, but is not simple.
