I'm trying to follow the awesome repeating tables youtube by Shane Young https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xgznk4XlPCo, but i'm having a problem getting the information from List called Change Management Master (which is populated through patching data from DetailsForm) into List2 called Change Management Risk Assessment. I've reviewed this solution https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Power-Apps/PATCH-function-with-2-lists/m-p/190834#M6227...
but can't seem to get it to work (see attached for current formula).
I've also tried to patch to the second list on the original submission of the DetailsForm (see formula attached)
Can anyone help me with what i'm doing wrong?

Hi @Cym ,
Do you want to update 'Change Management Risk Assessment' from data in 'Change Management Master'?
Based on your description that, you want to get data in DetailsForm that display the data of 'Change Management Master'.
Please notice that "form.LastSubmit" is used for edit form, which means that the last record that is submitted by the form.
However, detailform is not used to submit data, which does not have this property "LastSubmit".
Could you tell me the item of the detailform?
I suggest you use the item of the datailform to represent the item of 'Change Management Master' instead of "detailform.LastSubmit".
If you still have problem, please describe more clearly about the data that you want.
If you could show me two lists' details , it will be better.
I'm not sure you have quite understood my question. After i collect data in a edit form and submit it to a list called ''Change Management Master', i want some of that data to also be submitted to another list called 'Change Management Risk Assessment' . After that, i want to update data in the change 'Change Management Risk Assessment' list with additional data from a collection. Hope that clarifies?
Thanks for your help
