Patching batches

Hi Everyone!
I have an issue I cannot seem to reproduce, but is happening to several users.
TLDR; I am trying to patch multiple (100's) of rows to a SQL Server table from a Collection, and random rows seem to be missing afterwards.
Long version:
I have 2 galleries next to eachother in which the user selects values and a third one in which they enter a value.
This all gets collected into a collection where I added 3 more columns: new, edit, and del.
When they input a new value, new: 1, when they update, edit:1 etc...
When the user is done, they will press a save button, which starts 3 With() Statements.
Each statements filters the collection, first on new = 1, then edit = 1, then del = 1.
the result either gets inserted, updated or deleted from the Database Table.
Afterwards the collection is cleared and a notification is generated (notify())that the form is usable again.
When I open the gallery again, random values in different places seem to be missing that should have been inserted to the Database.
I cannot seem to pinpoint where it goes wrong. I tried using the monitoring tool while doing it with the user, but then the issue does not come up of course.
Could it be that when there is a network 'hiccup', it will just skip to the next value and forget about it without stopping the formula?
And what would be the best way of fixing or preventing this from happening?
