Pdf viewer cannot be inserted in a container. Where can I report the bug?

I cannot insert a pdf viewer into a container. Looking at other posts, others seem to have this problem with both the pdf viewer and forms not being able to be placed in a container (either directly, or by cut and paste).

Where can I send a bug report? This is a critical issue that needs to be addressed, but Microsoft has no facility to report anything, except for these forums, which have no specific category for bugs and errors.

Is there any list of bugs that one can check before wasting hours trying to figure out what you're doing wrong, only to find out that you've encountered a bug?

By the way, I've been waiting for 3 years for the fix for gallery rendering, still waiting.
