PeoplePicker - Filtering users by licence assigned

Is there a way to make a PeoplePicker with some criterias :

In my dropdownlist, I want to show people who have a valid Licence assigned in Azure AD. Do you know how I can do this ?

I didn't find any property in Office365Users'.SearchUserV2() for this.

Example :
"Filter('Office365Users'.SearchUserV2().value ; AccountEnabled = true && UserLicence != Unlicensed || UserLicence != Office 365 E1) 

I'm looking for something like this. Do you have an idea ?
