Perform Calculations based off the previous row in a gallery?

Hi PowerApps,

 

I have an accounting or project management style PowerApp that Ive been asked to build. 

Here I have the month, year and percentage for each month of a project:

I have been asked to calculate the total movement between each of the months, like so:

I can see by the spreadsheet formulas it uses the data from the row above each time:
For example:  The Formula on the "48,771.25" field is =O54*P54-(SUM(Q52:Q53)).

Is it possible for me to do this in PowerApps? Can I have a formula that gets data from the previous row in a gallery?

Appreciate the help!

This becomes easy to implement if your table has an id column.

This becomes easy to implement if your table has an id column.
