Please help!!! Error opening filie

This is driving me crazy. I have a lot on this app and now i see this error. unable to open the file

On the screen where your apps are listed, make.powerapps.com next to the app, there is a "...".  Click on that and selected details at the bottom of the list. Then choose versions at the top of the details screen.  Select an earlier version of your app and again choose the "..." and restore an earlier version.  Hopefully, it will work.

I tried restoring but i went to old version. many hours of work lost. any idea what is the reason and how to avoid this. really frustrating

Event after Restoring to a version the Issue still remains with the restored version. could someone please help.
