I have used the populate word just fine. I would like to build another document with filters. I have around 100 separate plain text controls for a "yes" or "no" or "maybe". For those same controls (questions) I have a description. So in total I have 200 separate pieces. What's the best way to filter out the "yes" ones and only show the "no" and/or "maybe" ones with their associated descriptions?
Hi @ ez1138:
Could you tell me what ”plain text controls” is? Label? Or TextInput?
Do you mean you have 200 label controls that divided into three types(Yes/no/Maybe)?
Do you want to filter out the label controls that in YES type?
Could you tell me how do you divide them into “Yes”\”no”\”Maybe”?
I assume that the feathers that I mentioned above are what you want ,I think "group" is a good way to manage amount of controls.
Group the controls of type ‘Yes’ into Group1(YES).
Group the controls of type ‘No’ into Group2(NO).
Group the controls of type ‘Maybe’ into Group3(MAYBE).
You can group the controls by the step I marked.
Step2:Set the groups’ Visible property to
Then the labels in Group1(YES) will disappear
