Possible Bug with Responsive Design Version 3.19051.14

Evening,

I was following along to Daniel responsive design blog here last week and it was all working fine,  as per the screen shot Responsive Design Working.PNG

but tonight after i made a change and publish the app to view it,  it's not take the full width of the page as it did aboveResponsive Design Not Working.PNG

the only thing that changed seems to be the version of Powerapps,  in the working version at the top was published with version 3.19044.15 and the one that isn't displaying correctlu is 3.19051.14.

Is anyone else having issues

Hi,

I created a new app using the phone layout and got the problem.  So i then created another app but used the table layout and that seems to work fine so i'll just use the Tablet layout going forward

Thanks

Hi @stefen ,

Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?

Based on the issue that you mentioned, I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned. Please consider take a try to re-create a new responsive app on your side using your current version of PowerApps, then check if the issue still exists.

Please consider create your responsive app based on the following blog or article:

https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/craft-app-height-and-width-expressions-to-create-responsi...

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/create-responsive-layout

Please also check if you have turned off the "Scale to Fit" option within "Screen size + Orientation" setting of your App settings of your app already.

Note: As responsiveness is not yet the default for canvas apps, you will need to disable the current default fixed size behavior. Navigate to App settings > Screen size and orientation, then  turn the Scale to Fit toggle to “Off”.

Also please check and see if the following blog would help in your scenario:

https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/new-properties-for-responsive-canvas-apps/

If the issue still exists, please consider restore your canvas app to previous version, check if the issue is solved. More details about restoring app to previous version, please check the following article:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/restore-an-app
