Possible to get and display site collection url in label?

Hi, I was wondering if it's possible to get the site collection url of the site where the PowerApp is being called from and display it in a label in the app.

One alternative I could thing of is creating a flow with 'Send an HTTP Request to SharePoint' consuming the RestAPI and return this data back to PowerApps but this sounds needlessly complicated.

Thanks for your input.

Hi @colonel_claypoo,

Below is a simple way that I could think of to do this. The data you could get from SharePoint list connector inside PowerApps that might relate to URL of site collection is only the Link to item:

Then I change the formula to below to make one of the field to show the site collection URL:

Concatenate(First(Split(ThisItem.'{Link}',"com")).Result,"com")

This is pretty neat and a good approach. It does what I requested, just have to build some more logic around it to make it fit my requirements. Thanks.

Hello @v-monli-msft !

Say the data source is a list on a Site Collection, but inside it we want to store the URL of the current site the user is visiting...

How to get that URL?

I am using the PowerApps webpart in SharePoint. And i would like to get the current site's URL....

Thanks a lot !
