Possible to pass an RGBA color to a component?

I want to initialize colors in my app OnStart for custom styles to make it easier for design adjustments down the road. I'd like to do something like in the OnStart like this

Set(ContosoBrightRed, RGBA(234, 23, 1, 1))

Then pass ContosoBrightRed to the component and use it as the colors in all the button fills. If I want the buttons to all be green then I could just change it one place. Similarly, my buttons outside the component could use the same value for the fill.

I know there is no color type custom property. I feel like I could technically pass in separate integer values, however that feels more confusing to manage than it's worth. I also know I could use color names but I am looking to get a little more granular in the exact shades.

Does anyone have any other suggestions on how to accomplish this?

Thanks!
