Power App in organization

I'm going to replace Infopath with Power App in our company intranet, but how do I allow everyone(!) access to the app using Teams?

Re: Power App in organization

Hi @Wassini,

Just share the app with everyone in you organisation as shown in the attachment.

To make everyone use the app via Teams, you can make a Team for the whole organisation and add a tab to your general channel where you link the PowerApp.

Re: Power App in organization

Hi @Wassini ,

Do you want to share your app with everyone in your Org?

Further, do you want everyone in your Org to access your app within the MS Teams?

Firstly, if you want everyone in your Org to access your app within the MS Teams, you must share your app with your Org or individual users in your Org with proper permission.

More details about sharing an app, please check the following article:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/share-app

If you want everyone in your Org to access your app within the MS Teams, you need to embed your app into a MS Teams tab. Please check the following article for more details:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/user/open-app-embedded-in-teams

In addition, if you want to share your app with external users outside your Org, I afraid that there is no direct way to achieve your needs. As an alternative soluton, you could consider add these external users as Guest in your Azure Active Directory tenant, then you could share your app with the Guest account for the external users.

Please check the following article for more details:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/share-app#share-with-guests
