Power App to look through a listing of SharePoint site document libraries in a form.

It's possible that this isn't a PowerApp thing.  But it's not a SharePoint thing either

I have a SharePoint custom list that adds new project tasks and subtasks.  I would like to link a project task to a document library in the same site.

I would like a box to display on the form to select an appropriate document library that corresponds with the project.  Here's a screenshot of the form, with some document libraries in the quick launch.

Hi @smorley ,

Correct except IDRef is not a Lookup field, it is numeric and is populated with the ID of the "master" record. This is generally done with Update File Properties in the Flow when you create the file - this section of my blog on the subject covers the process.

Hi @smorley ,

The easiest way is to have a unique Identifier (the ID is probably the best) of the main list in a field in the Library metadata. (I call mine ID ref) and then you can simply filter the Library for this field to match the ID of the current item.

Hi Warren,

Let me walk through the steps of your solution to see if I have it correctly.

I start a new project.

1. Create a new document library for the project.

2. In that library, create a field called "ID Ref", which is a lookup field from my project list.

3. In my list, I display all files where ID Ref = ID in my list.

I'm not sure about that.

What I'm looking for would be more like the interface you get when you want to move or copy a file within a site so that it lists all the document libraries so you get to choose which library.
