Power Apps Combo Box Double Layout concatenation

Hi,

We have multiple powerapps forms that use combo boxes. Suddenly all our combo boxes that had the double layout seems now to be concatenated, even if I put a new combobox on a form and choose 2 fields in the double layout, it concatenates them and show them in the dropdown, but once selected the single primary field is selected correctly. As an example - On a Country Dropdown we have the Country name with the code beneath it in the dropdown when it worked, but now it shows "South AfricaZA"  or GermanyDE.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It seems that it might have been a MS update that caused this...

Still happening with my apps as of this morning.

We opened a case with MSFT and here is their response:

"From the info you shared, it appears you are currently on the 3.21082 version. The ComboBox issue is fixed in the 3.21083 version and will be available worldwide on September 6th. However, it may get to you sooner than that as I already have it on my dev environment."

They also suggested changing the authoring version to a previous one to resolve the issue.
