Power Apps Connectors to be used across tenants

Can we use the premium connectors for connecting across tenants? For example, if we have the O365 tenant where we create a Power App and Power Automate flow utilizing Azure SQL & Azure storage connectors for connecting to these Azure resources from a different tenant, would there be an issues?

Could you please share more details about your scenario? As per you mentioned that you created app and flow in O365 tenant, do you and app users have Power Apps stand alone license to use premium connectors? If answer is no, then you will not be able to "utilizing Azure SQL & Azure storage connectors for connecting to these Azure resources in another tenant".

In short words, if you and other users would like to use premium connectors in Power Apps app, you need PowerApps stand alone license. So, in your case, it is possible if you and all users have PowerApps stand alone license in tenant A, in which includes Azure SQL & Azure storage data sources, and have O365 license in tenant B, you could create the app and flow in tenant A then use standard connectors link to data sources in tenant B.
