Power Apps Designer turns to Dutch (model-driven) while I want the language to be English

Power Apps Designer has the English language set when creating a Canvas App.

When I start to desgin a model-driven app it turns to Dutch.

After browsing for a solution to that I've been playing around with some settings but it does not change to English.

What is the correct way to do that?

I finally got it right by selecting advanced settings in Power Apps which brings up Dynamics 365.

Clicked on settings and added the English language. Thereafter I could set the user interface language in personal options.
Somehow I feel this is quite confusing since I'm not a Dynamics 365 user in the real sense. Must I conclude that PowerApps for some resources depending on Dynamics 365?
