Power Apps, Flow upload file name and image to SPO

Proof of concept app - the above code fails. Has worked in the the past (2017). 

Objective:

File name and aduit image forwarded to Flow. Flow processes and sends the file name and image to SharePoint Online.

Testing the Flow using Flow & Postman implies all is well (see below). Wiring it up to Power Apps and the above image illustrates the failed outcome.

Any solution to this?
