Power Apps Model-driven access rights

Hi,

Hopefully this is an easy question for you guys.

I'm creating a Model-driven app for the first time.

  1. I have created a new solution and a model-driven app.
  2. Added predefined entities to the Site Map: Account, Activity, Contact
  3. Saved and Published

The app is working as its supposed. But when I'm adding contacts and accounts, i'm the only one who can see the entries.

I have tried to share the app with my colleague and made him an System administrator, but with no success.

What am I missing?

Thanks

Hello,

what datasource do you use? In case of a SharePoint list you have to provide the read/write access in the list directly in your SP-site bei Inviting them.

In general I suggest that you create AD Groups like My_App_Readers, My_App_Authors when you need a more sophisticated access model. Just add a member to the group.

It's also possible to use those groups also for controlling who can access what in the App by setting visible = isMember of my_group. I didn't check out until now if this works for deployment also.
