Hi,
I have recently tried to move a gateway from our old server to new.
Anyway in the end I created new Gateway on new server and removed old gateway.
I am having problems with trying to connect to new gateway when connecting to SQL Server.
No matter what I try I cannot see gateway I have created in PowerApps connection or Power Bi ????
Please help need this to work. See attached screenshots.
Regards Andy
Hi @AndyRossco
1.Gateways are only supported in the default environment. gateway-management
Could you double check to confirm you are in the right environment in PowerApps? working-with-environments/
2.Try to uninstalling the PowerBI Gateway (old version) and installing the On-premise data gateway version.
Best Regards.

Hi, Thanks for reply.
Still not working. I have attached screenshots of settings.
As you can see PowerApps does not show a gateway.
When I try to connect using new app and sql it show gateway, but I get error.
We weren't able to add this connection, Please try again.

Hello Yuxi,
Can you see this https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/supporting-on-premises-data-gateways-in-non-default-environmen...
which looks like it is supported in non-default as well since November-2019
Cheers,
