Power Apps REST API Connection that doesn't involve Grant_Type Authorization Code

Hi, 

 

I have been trying to build a custom connector for an App that I'm currently working on that has to get some basic Data from an Azure AD protected REST API. 

 

Through rebuilding this connector about a hundred times and searching anywhere that I could find information, I have identified that I cannot use OAUTH 2.0 in my custom power apps connector since I need grant_type : client credentials. 

 

This Post explains that I think.

 

Is it possible to get the Bearer-Token that I need through a Custom Connector and then use that token to get my get request in another custom connector? 

 

And if yes, how exactly do I specify the body of my POST request? 

 

I DON'T/CAN'T use Microsoft Flow/PowerAutomate in this process whatsoever. 

 

I appreciate any help I can get!
