I have a requirement where I need to create Parent-Child relationship.
I need to create App on List 1 where employee details are stored. Also in same form I need to create a table with 4 columns and dynamic Rows which will be separate items in List 2 with lookup of List 1. This items are expenses associated for each employee.

I have implemented SharePoint lookups.. needed the functionality in powerapps form to submit data to both Parent and Child list in one go.
