I created a solution containing SharePoint DataSource Environment Variables and a Power App. When editing the Power App and attempting to connect the Environment Variables, there are no environment variables displayed. I also have the Environment Variables Setting turned on for the Power App. However, I wanted to use the environment variables that I created in the solution instead of power apps generating the variables for me.

Thanks for your information. I found out what the actual problem was. I had a List that was not associated with a SharePoint Site. When I created my DataSource Site Environment Variable, I just copied the URL for where all my LISTS exists that aren't associated with a specific SharePoint Site. I was able to create the environment variable even though there was an error msg displayed at that top about not being able to find the site that I specified.
I then proceeded to create a DataSource Environment Variable for the corresponding list and used the DataSource Site Environment Variable that I just created. I displayed the lists located at that url associated with the Site Environment variable with no errors. So I thought all was okay, However, Power Apps must not like the fact that the url specified in the Site Environment Variable since it is not truly a site and therefore did not show the environment variables I created when I tried to add them as a datasource to the Power App.
I ended up moving the List into a site and then pointing the URL to the site and then I was able to see the DataSource Environment Variables from within PowerApps.
It would be nice if the URL for Lists not associated with a SharePoint Site could be recognized and used to set up the DataSource Site Environment Variable.
HI,
It can take a little while for the sharepoint repository to show up under powerapps.
try going to the SharePoint site and copy the URL and past it in the first line in your image and select connect.
