Power Apps doesn't work from SP Customized form

Hi, There

 

The Power Apps form does not load when I click the New button in SharePoint.

Is there problem with Power Apps?

I'm also having the same problem.  

 

Microsoft sent us a service alert:

 

Details

Title: Some users may be unable to load Power Apps forms from within SharePoint Online

User Impact: Users may be unable to load Power Apps forms within SharePoint Online.

More info: This issue is also being communicated under MM222544.

Current status: We’ve identified that impact may be caused by an issue with repeated authentication requests. We're reviewing the call pattern of these requests to determine why this is occurring.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to users who are served through the affected infrastructure.

Same for me, it takes 10 min to load each form , whats wrong?

We have the same issue. Some forms which were not modified in the last weeks are loading very slow (>3 min at least). Our datacenter region is Europe West. This occurs in all browsers (Firefox, Edge, Internet Explorer)

Same here. We just see: "getting your data"

Same here, ALL my customised forms are not working today and either say Getting your data when editing a Sharepoint list item, or for a new one the spinner just keeps going. Very annoying on a day we had a new IT support ticketing system using customized forms going live.
