Power Apps form

Hello,

I have a sharepoint list that I have a power apps form for, which work great, but when the form is saved it automatically closes and the sharepoint list is viewed.

I want the form to be completed and saved but not to go to the list as it has private information that staff should not see.

Is there a way to save the form and say thanks and that is that.

hope you can help

thanks

So the issue is when a user clicks the button to submit, they are either navigating to a screen you don’t want them to go to, which you could change the button OnSuccess property to navigate(ThankYouScreen). You would have to make this though. You would also remove the onClick or OnSelect property Back() or current Navigate() in the formula. Keep in mind you have to create the thank you screen for it to navigate to it, so creating it first is probably good step.

Don’t forget you can change visibility properties on any sensitive information so that only relevant users can view certain things. Example of visible property is ‘If(User().email =“someone@email.com”, true, false).

If it’s a list of people, you might want to use things like && in your formula.
