This issue happened since Aug 01, 2020. I have on-premises SQL server. Power Apps studio on Browser gives me "Record Not found" when I am editing the app. But when I publish it and use the Power Apps app on windows or phone it works. So this happens on browser for SQL Server only. Anybody encountered this?

Regarding the issue that you mentioned, I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned.
Please consider remove the SQL Table connection from your canvas app, then re-create a new connection to your SQL Table from your canvas app, then check if the issue is solved.
In addition, please also consider turn on the "Formula-level error management" option within Advanced settings of App settings of your app, then re-publish your canvas app, check if the issue is solved.
If the issue still exists, please consider use the following previous version of Power Apps to edit your canvas app, then make some changes to it, then re-publish it, check if the issue is fixed:

I tried all the above. But this happens also for the new apps. I submitted a ticket to Microsoft.
