Power Automate creating record in SP list when a new email arrives
I have created a functionality in MS Flow, when a new email arrives in Outlook it creates a record in SP List. When a conversation is carried out on this email, existing record in SP List is updated. I compared 'Conversation ID' to check record exist in SP List.
Problem statement is when sender modifies the 'Subject' conversation link is broken in Outlook and new record is created in SP List.
My question is how I can update the existing record in SP List if subject line is changed though email is part of initial conversation.
