Hello, currently we have a Canvas app that use Power BI tile to display some charts for the user. We are testing the app on several accounts and most of them work fine, except one account is having the error "Webpage not available" which cannot get the app to display the Power BI charts. We confirm that the Power BI dashboard is shared with the account. We also tested the account on multiple devices (both iOS and Android) but still cannot get the Power Bi chart to display, the other accounts with the same configuration work fine. So what can be the issue for this account ?

Do you mean that all users could view this powerbi tile correctly, except one user?
Please check:
1)whether he has permission to this report
2)whether he has permission to the data source that this report uses
3)whether he has enough license
