Are you still experiencing this problem? Sometimes, there are intermittent problems with PowerApps, so you might find that it works for you today. If not, I would try closing my browser, clearing cookies, and see if that makes a difference.
About a month a month ago, many users reported seeing this same issue.
If the problem persists, the best thing to do would be to raise a custom support ticket here.
