When I am trying to connect power apps with One drive for business phone layout while creating canvas app it gives me a following error:
An error occurred during authentication.

The error message indicates a license deficiency, which should go away if you use the personal OneDrive as @zmansuri suggests.
OneDrive for Business gives trouble over PowerApps And Automate. Try the same from Personal Onedrive
I've seen this occur with licencing gaps and/or issues with how connectors are shared. Can you give us a bit more detail to help you troubleshoot?
Just remove OneDrive for Business from connection. refresh. And add again. I know it's On/Off solution. But, you are third guy today facing that problem. On/Off worked for others.
If you could, i suggest you to use Personal one drive. I had this problem a while back and after wasting so many hours couldn't figure it out. Switched to personal one drive same triggers and everything. It works flawless
