Im a beginner at using power apps so I'm sorry in advance for this very novice question!
I want to implement the service desk sample with a Sharepoint list (a bit like the help desk sample with the flow part too)

Basically I want to connect this to my organisation (our data) I have know clue on how to do this or where to start. What is next after opening the template?
How do I populate the information to my own for instance get the "create by" box to link up to our email accounts and change the "area" section to have different options.
Is this done through a Sharepoint list?
