I have a list sharepoint list as "ProjectList" with column Project that has project name
another list "Stages" that has column Title which has 5 stages names
I have another list called request list where i have Title column,2 lookup colums Projectname(lookup from projectlist) and Projectstage (lookup from Stage list)
How do i filter if i have same project with 2 stages completed , the stage column should display remaining 3 stages only for a particular project,
when a new row is added in request list based on project name , stage dropdown shoud display only stages excluding already submitted one ,shoud display only remaining stages
Example : if we already submitted Project 3 and Product Proposal ,so next time if we try to Select Product Proposal for Project 3 it should disable that selection with some notification and allow remaining ones to select

Do you want to exclude project stages from the dropdown if there is finished stages for the same project name?
Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?
To be easier to achieve your need, I suggest to connect to both ProjectList and Stage list your app.
Set the Proj Stage Combo Box Items property as below:
Filter( Choices(Request.'proj Stage'), !(Value in ForAll( Filter( Request, proj.Value = DataCardValue5.Selected.Value ).'proj Stage', 'proj Stage'.Value )) )
yeah I need my stage dropdown to display only the stages which have not been submitted before
Do u mean to say I should add a lookup column proj Stage (from stage list) in project list?
I have a flow which submits attachment/documents from powerapp to sharepoint list and sends it for approval in outlook mail
If I am attaching 6 documents I am getting only 5 documents in the email for approval, y is it so ?
the size of all the files altogether is (less then 8 MB)
from power app side its taking all 6 files but I am able to receive only 5 files in mail for approval ?
how do I look into this ?
