Power apps teams meeting app

Hello I am looking for some guidance 🙂 
 I want to create a app for Teams meetings. 
In our company we have several meeting rooms, that each its connected to a email. 
I want the app to be able to book each room and setup a Teams meeting. So when the users are booking a meeting they can simply book a room, it sends a teams invite to all the invited people. When the meeting its happening, the user can just start the meeting on their laptop. 

Anyone know where to start 😛 ? Just need some guidance of what to include or where to start

Do you want to create an App for users to start a meeting, send Emails to attendees, and book a room?


If so, making the App would be a big project. But I think you could start with two template apps:

Meeting Capture V2:


Book A Room:


You could learn how to create an app with functions of: create a meeting, add attendees, send emails and book a room within PowerApps.

You could use MicrosoftTeams connector to post a message to attendees. Please refer to:
