PowerApp 100% offline but with conection with the local server

Hey guys 🙂 , I would like to know if it's possible to do an app that have connection to the local server but not with the internet. I have to build an app for inventory control, so I would use to use a normal computer as server and Wi-Fi, so everybody can change the inventory with their cell phone, but the whole system will not have access to the internet. Can I do it with power apps?

You won't be able to build that with Power Apps.  Power Apps has an offline mode, but must start and check-in every thirty days on-line.  Also, when its offline its completely offline and wouldn't be able to talk to a local server.
