PowerApp: SharePoint List Permissions

I have built an app based on a SharePoint list and I would like this apps to be shared and used by all users within our tenant.  Seeing as some of the screens and functions can only be accessed by the SharePoint owners of the group, Would anyone know how to configure the SharePoint List to allow users outside the group to Read/Write to the SharePoint List found within the Private Group?

Users must have Read/Write access to the SharePoint list itself to use a Power App that is connected to the list.  They don't need to be owners, but they do need to have permission to the list.  You do that by adding them as users in the SharePoint list itself.

Would you happen to have the steps to go about doing this?

This is a standard SharePoint task.  You can follow the documentation below.  But you will need to be an owner in the list/site to do this.
