PowerApp and Power BI report - creating a form

I have created a PowerApp visualizations in Power BI Desktop.  The first screen of the App links to the data in the BI report.  However, when I add a new screen with a form, I can not seem to get the form to link back to the data in the BI report.  The data is saved in One Drive Business.  I created a connection to the data in One Drive and I can add the fields to the form, but it is not picking up the data.   I tried to use a "lookup" formula in the Item, but I get an error.  Any suggestions?  My aim was for Users to be able to edit the field data in the app and it filter back to the datasheets in the PowerBi report
