Hi,
I am having difficulty resolving the following error which displays the following message.
"We couldn't save this connection configuration. Please Try again."
For context, I created a PowerApp within my organisation and published it onto Sharepoint page.
Everyone is able to access the App on the SharePoint page but for some people from outside my organisation, they receive the error when using the app. For the Sharepoint and Office 365 connections, they are prompted to sign in (pic 1). Once they have signed in, they receive the error message (pic 2).
Any info pointing me in the right direction would be appreciated.
Could this issue be due to the external organisation's IT system?

Hi @confusedturtle5,
I think you should check if these end user who are outside your organization have proper license for Power Apps to access your canvas app.
It is not enough to make all the users only access to SP list, but also enough license for Power Apps. Assigning a Power Apps license for the end users outside your organization would resolve your problem.
