currently i have some strange things in one of my project. I create a state tracking powerapp with a sql database.
I have a screen with a overview. On this screen you can click on a gallery item and navigate to the detail view. On the detailview you can click on a item to get a report from the clicked item.
On the make.powerapps site the app is working correctly. There are no errors. I can start the up and i can view all details.
When i publish the app for other users, the app is running in apps.powerapps.com/.... the app crashes on this scenario:
I click on the detail view screen on a item, then the app restarts. After the app restarts everything is fine.
I do not know what i am doing wrong. i have no possibilitys to debug or check if something is missconfigured. i started to recreat my detailview screen, without any success. The app keeps crashing on running the first time.
- I use only the sql connector to retriev my data.
- I do not use components
- I do not use other special stuff or other connectors.
Thanks for your help.

Hi @superfliege ,
Is there any error info when the app crashed? Can you post some screenshot to show how the app crashes?
What is the report you mentioned?
I'm afraid you have to post more information about your apps, so that it could be better for us to reproduce your issue and find out the work around.
Unfertuntely there is no info when the app crashed. The app just restarts.
The report is only some datasets from my sql database.
Sorry, i have to ask some powerapps basics.
I have this structure datastructure :
MainViewRows, DetailViewRows, MoreDetailViewItems
One MainViewRow can have multiple DetailViewRows. This DetailViewRows can have multiple MoreDetailViewItems.
(A realy simple sql entity structure).
For each type i have a seperate screen in PowerApps.
One thing I also do not understand how I can integrate my data connection and updating this performant. Do you have any information, videos?
I hope the structure of my app became more clear.
