PowerApp help

Hello, I created a PowerApp from a Sharepoint list. When one of the end users opened a new form, it had disappeared. It seems to disappear whenever a user clicks the top of it and drags up - my end users have touchscreens so this is likely to happen occasionally. Does anyone know how to stop the form from disappearing if someone accidentally drags it up?

Thank you!

Hi @AllisonLowery,

Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?

I think this issue is not related to PowerApps itself. Please consider take a try to disable the TouchScreen functionality within your Mobile device, then check if the issue is solved.

More details about disabling TouchScreen functionality in Android device and iOS device, please check and see the following article:

Hi Kris, thank you for the reply. It is unfortunately not an issue just related to the touchscreen. My laptop is not a touchscreen and if I have my mouse on the top of the form and move it up, it disappears. The managers that would be using the form have a touchscreen laptops and when they scrolled the form up, it disappears. I am not sure they would remember to disable the touchscreen.
