PowerApp not writing data to SQL table

I have a PowerApp that has a form that once completed and user clicks submit button it submits the form and writes the data to my SQL table. This has been working fine for months until a couple days ago. The app appears to work fine; user clicks the submit button then the app sends out an email confirming the form submission was successful and also an email that contains the data from the form. However, the last part where the data does not write to SQL table does not happen. Any ideas where to look for problems? Nothing has been changed recently that I am aware of. I do get an error shown below, however, all the fields are completed. So not sure how to figure out which value the error is referring to.

For anyone following...we worked it out!

The issue with the errors on the formula seemed to be a mystery as that just went away (we tried several variations and all were fine, then put back the original formula and no errors.)

The other issue was the the combobox on the form was getting reset after submit (because the form was set to be in "new" mode).

So, rather than altering the form (as it would involve looking over a few other things in the app to be sure) to be in "edit" or "view" mode, we just set a variable before submit with the selected items of the combobox and used that in the ForAll loop in the OnSucess.

Does your table have (still have) a primary key?  All tables that you want to write to in PowerApps must have one or nothing will happen when writing.

If so, then you might want to remove and re-add the data source in your app to see if it refreshes the issue.

Beyond that, the next step I would look at is some of the debugging consoles to see what is actually being sent and received.

I hope this is helpful and leads to a solution for you.

Yes, the Primary Key is still in my SQL table. I have removed and re-added the Data Source. Where can I find debugging consoles? Will those tell me what is causing that error?

@Anonymous

Too bad that didn't help.

Check out the tools (on the bottom icon on the left tool bar of the studio) and at least see if you can spot anything in the monitoring. Specifically if it is actually sending the data.

I used the Monitor tool and have attached the results. Can you tell the errors from the .xlxs file? Thank you.

I ran a test through the app while running the Monitor tool and the form submitted successfully and wrote the data to SQL table, however, when I got out of the Monitor tool and tried to do a "real" form submission, I got the same error as earlier. I used the same data in the form on the Monitor test as I did the real entry. Strange.

I am also getting a new warning message that I never got before about shared connections. Do you know what that means? Can it be the cause of my problem?

@Anonymous

That message is normal once you share a connection with others.  It is just a notice.

I don't see any data being submitted in the trace file!

Another thing to look over are your advanced setting for the app.  In many cases you'll want the Formula-level error management on.  There may be other options specific to your case.

Beyond that, a couple more things you can try are to create a blank app and put some simple things in it to write to that same table.  If it works, then you at least narrow it down to the app.  If not, then you can start to look at your data connector and potentially any gateways that you might be using to connect to SQL.

I hope one of those turns up success for you.

Can you tell if it is just missing that step? Because the email confirmation that is sent to the user, shows all the data that was entered on the form. I didn't see any errors in the Monitor tool, so hard to say why it didn't send the data to SQL? I do use the formula error tool also, but there are no errors in my formulas, I have not made any changes to the app since I created it about a year ago.  If I could figure out which value is incorrect as stated in the error then I believe it would work.

So when I am in the "Design" mode and I run the app, everything works fine and the data writes to my SQL table.

But when I go "live" and fill out the same form, I still get that same error. An entry is required or has an invalid value.
