PowerApp still not opening

I understand that there was a migration issue which has been mitigated. However, I am still not able to edit my PowerApp applications... Has the issue been resolved completely or are there servers yet to be recovered?

Hi @MadhavanUnni, the DNS issue on Thursday has been mitigated--that's correct.


Can you share more information about what you mean by not being able to edit the apps:

  • Are you able to login and see your apps in the portal?
  • Are you able to open the studio?
  • When you say 'not able to edit'--do you mean you're not able to open the app to edit, or that you can open the app but you're not able to make changes?
  • If you're not able to open the app, what do you see? What error are you experiencing?


The usual things to try if you have not done them already:

  • Confirm issue on another browser
  • Confirm issue with another app
  • Clear your cache
