I have created a powerApp using a custom API with AAD authentication. I shared the App and API to others and asked them to launch the same in their Phones. Unfortunately, they were unable to access the app on the Phones. The workaround was to ask them to launch the same app in the Windows desktop client and upon successfull launching, the app worked fine on the Phone devices.
What’s the phone version? Were your shared users able to launch the same app on PowerApps studio for Windows, but not able to launch it on the phone?

Shared users were also asked to create a connection to the data source when the first time they open an app on the phone, please make sure they have create a proper connection to Custom APIs.
Yes, the users were able to launch the same app on PowerApps studio for Windows, but not able to launch it on the phone (Android/iPhone/Windows) for the first time. For me, since the app was under development, the connections were established from the Studio for Windows. The shared users were never been able to create a successfull connection to the datasource when they accessed the app for the fisrt time on the Phone. Once they established a connection from the Windows Desktop Studio, they were able to launch the app on their phones.
When shared users launched the app on the phone for the first time, did they get a sign in box? Or shared users entered the credentials but just failed?
Please help to collect this information.
The users got the Sign-In popup and they tried giving the credentials. But unfortunately, they were getting a message "Fix this" for the Custom API connection and never were able to go past the Sign-In Screen.
